Web development industry and its progress:

The term “Web development” is a broad term for any activity to developing a web site for the World Wide Web or an internet. Web development has been one of the fastest growing industries in the world. If we see the stats we can see that in 1995 there were fewer than 1,000 web development companies in the United States, but now there are over in 40,000 plus such companies in the U.S. alone who are doing their web development business. The web development industry is expected to grow over 20% by 2010. The growth of this industry is being pushed by large businesses wishing to sell products and services to their customers and to automate business work flow.

Web designing and the development is the main and very important features of the today’s progressive and technical world. Now days this industry is rolling all over the world and has become the main cause of the success of this technological world. E-commerce business development, web design, web content development, client-side/server-side scripting, and web server configuration is also included in the web development where we can have applications of a number of fields that have a significant impact in our daily life. In the language of the web professionals, "web development" usually refers only to the non-design aspects of building web sites, e.g. writing markup and coding. The responsibilities of a qualified web development company range from developing the simplest static single page of plain text to the most complex web-based internet applications, electronic businesses, and social network services.
